He can be found at the wastewater plant chest high in sewage and at the same time can find time to keep us in stitches with the "As the council turns" episodes. This mayor is truly amazing. But, I tip my hat to KEUN for being able to keep us informed of this mayor whereabouts. You are truly the most remarkable station on the air. It must take at least double the work to keep up with the mayor of Eunice. Is there nothing he can't do? And aren't you people at 105.5 working very hard to keep step with this mayor. | 05.15.09: Although this makes for good laughter and humor which I am greatful for, the fact of the matter is that all of these people were elected by the citizens of Eunice and they must communicate with each other regardless of how they feel about one another for the people's sake. The mayor should be allowed the raise he is requesting, it is not unreasonable to want to be paid as much as surrounding communities. | 10.15.09: I heard something about a "Moody person" running for mayor on your radio station this morning, while I believe Mr. Moody would make for a good Mayor in Eunice, I don't see him putting himself or his family in this mess we have at city hall, unless we could make a complete sweep of the council he would be in the same ship as Bob is in. No support from the council (who, by the way, were elected by the same people who elected Bob. They seem to forget that Bob and themselves were the peoples choice. However they think they know what the people want better than the people themselves do) Bob has done a good job considering what he had to fight through to accomplish and I can't see Rusty putting his family through that. And he did not raise taxes, he did not let the city go into debt, and we have more money in the bank than when he started. How can he spend so much money when always before the city was broke?
